REFUND POLICY

OVERVIEW
We want you to love your print. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
ELIGIBLE RETURNS
Returns are accepted for:
- Standard pigment print reproductions
- Prints in original, undamaged condition
- Prints in original packaging
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Original gum dichromate prints
- Custom commissioned works
- Prints that have been damaged, altered, or removed from protective packaging
- Clearance or sale items marked as final sale
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
To request a return:
1. Email maxmarshallart@gmail.com with:
• Your order number
• Reason for return
• Photos of the print (if damaged or defective)
2. Wait for return authorization and instructions
3. Ship the print back to the address provided
Do not return items without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless:
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- We shipped the wrong item
- There was an error on our part
In these cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.
REFUND PROCESS
Once we receive and inspect your returned print, we will:
- Send you an email confirmation
- Process your refund within 5 business days
- Issue the refund to your original payment method
Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange your print for a different size or design:
- Email maxmarshallart@gmail.com
- We will work with you to arrange an exchange
- Price differences may apply
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRINTS
If your print arrives damaged or defective:
1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at maxmarshallart@gmail.com
2. Include photos of the damage
3. Do not return the damaged print without authorization
We will send a replacement at no cost to you. Damaged prints do not need to be returned unless requested.
WRONG ITEM RECEIVED
If you receive the wrong print:
- Contact us immediately at maxmarshallart@gmail.com
- We will arrange for the correct print to be sent at no cost
- We will provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not received your refund within 10 business days:
- Check with your bank or credit card company (processing may take time)
- Contact your payment provider
- If you still have not received your refund, email maxmarshallart@gmail.com
PARTIAL REFUNDS
In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:
- Prints showing signs of use or damage
- Prints returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Any item not in its original condition
CUSTOM COMMISSIONS
Custom commissioned works require approval before production and are final sale.
If there is an error on our part or the work does not match the approved mockup, we will work with you to resolve the issue at no additional cost.
