PRODUCTION TIME
Standard prints (all sizes): 2 to 3 business days
Custom sizes: 5 to 7 business days
Custom commissions: 8 to 12 weeks
Production begins once payment is confirmed. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
SHIPPING TIMES
All orders are fulfilled and shipped by our trusted print partners with tracking.
United States: 5 to 7 business days
Canada: 7 to 10 business days
Europe: 7 to 14 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 10 to 15 business days
Rest of World: 10 to 21 business days
Shipping times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on print size and destination.
Free shipping on orders over $200 within the United States.
TRACKING
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can track your package through the carrier's website.

PACKAGING
All prints are robustly packaged to ensure safe delivery.
Unframed prints (rolled):
Small prints (8" or smaller): Shipped in protective envelope
Standard and large prints: Shipped in cardboard tube or heavy-duty cardboard box
Fine art prints are wrapped in tissue paper for additional protection.
Framed and canvas prints:
Small to medium prints: Protected with cardboard corner guards and surface protection, shipped in heavy-duty cardboard box
Large framed and canvas prints: Additional bubble wrap protection for secure transit
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship worldwide.
International customers are responsible for all customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by their country. These fees are not included in our shipping costs and are collected by the carrier upon delivery.
Customs processing may add 5 to 10 business days to delivery times.
DELIVERY ISSUES
Lost or stolen packages: Please contact us at maxmarshallart@gmail.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Damaged packages: If your print arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos. We will arrange a replacement at no cost.
Incorrect address: We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please verify your shipping address before completing your order.
CUSTOM COMMISSIONS & LARGE ORDERS
Custom commissioned works and bulk orders may qualify for white glove delivery and installation coordination. Contact maxmarshallart@gmail.com for details.
