OVERVIEW
By purchasing from Maxwell Prints, you agree to these terms of service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
PRODUCTS
All prints are museum-quality archival pigment reproductions unless explicitly specified as original gum dichromate prints. Each reproduction is printed on demand through our trusted fulfillment partners.
Original gum dichromate prints are one-of-a-kind handmade works created in the artist's studio. Available in select sizes on the website or through custom commission.
PRICING
All prices are in USD and are subject to change without notice. Current prices are displayed on our website at the time of purchase.
Trade pricing (20% discount) is available for approved interior designers, architects, and art consultants. Trade accounts must be approved before discounted pricing applies.
PAYMENT
We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
Payment is due at time of order for standard retail purchases.
Net 30 payment terms are available for approved trade accounts only. Late payments are subject to 1.5% monthly interest charges.
PRODUCTION & SHIPPING
Standard prints: 2 to 3 business days production time
Custom sizes: 5 to 7 business days production time
Original gum dichromate prints: 2 to 4 weeks
Custom commissions: 8 to 12 weeks
Shipping times vary by location:
- United States: 5 to 7 business days
- Canada: 7 to 10 business days
- Europe: 7 to 14 business days
- Rest of World: 10 to 21 business days
Free shipping on orders over $200 within the United States.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for standard pigment reproductions in original, undamaged condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective or damaged.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
Original gum dichromate prints and custom commissioned works are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your print arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at maxmarshallart@gmail.com with photos of the damage.
We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you. Do not return damaged items without contacting us first.
CUSTOM COMMISSIONS
Custom commissioned works require:
- Initial consultation and concept approval
- 50% deposit to begin production
- Final payment upon completion before shipping
- Lead time: 8 to 12 weeks from deposit
All custom commissions are final sale. Digital mockups will be provided for your approval before production begins to ensure satisfaction.
TRADE ACCOUNTS
Trade accounts are available for verified interior designers, architects, art consultants, and other trade professionals.
Benefits include:
- 20% discount on all works
- Net 30 payment terms for approved accounts

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any images or artwork is strictly prohibited.
Customers may display purchased prints for personal or commercial interior decoration but may not reproduce, photograph for commercial purposes, or create derivative works.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Maxwell Prints is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
- Use or inability to use our products
- Delays in shipping or production
- Errors in product descriptions or pricing
- Any other claim related to your purchase
Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International customers are responsible for all customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by their country.
These fees are not included in our pricing and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
MODIFICATION OF TERMS
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these terms were last revised.
